Privacy Policy

We collect the following information, and only for the purposes described below:

• Contact information — your name, email address, and phone number, which you provide voluntarily when you submit a contact or lead form, use our chat assistant, email us, call us, or become a client.
• Inquiry details — messages you send us describing your business, your website, or the work you'd like done, including chat assistant conversations.
• Billing information — if you become a client, payment details are processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical information — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the Services running. Inquiry forms also record the submitting page, referring page, and campaign tags with your inquiry to help us understand its source.

For visitor inquiries, we obtain phone numbers directly from you — when you enter your number in a contact or lead form on one of our websites, provide it to our chat assistant, call or text us, or share it with us during the course of a client relationship. Separately, our business research may use publicly available business contact information to identify prospective clients; this is not text-message enrollment.

• To respond to your inquiry and provide a quote or consultation.
• To provide the Services — including customer care, account notifications, change confirmations, and service updates by email, phone, or text message (SMS).
• To send invoices and process payments.
• To maintain the security and reliability of our websites and systems.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Bright Rebuild's SMS program is for people who separately opt in to conversational customer care and account/service notifications, such as website change confirmations and service updates. Providing a phone number in an inquiry does not by itself enroll you in this program. You may opt in only through an affirmative SMS consent control that identifies Bright Rebuild and presents the program disclosures. Initiating a text permits a reply to that message, not blanket consent to future automated messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to purchase our Services.

No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out you will receive a final confirmation message, and we will not send further texts unless you opt back in. For help, reply HELP or email us at support@brightrebuild.com.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Services — such as our hosting provider, email delivery provider, payment processor (Stripe), telecommunications provider (Twilio), and AI provider (OpenAI). Messages and details you enter in the chat assistant are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply; please avoid entering sensitive information there. Inquiries submitted on a hosted business website are made available to that business so it can respond. We may also disclose information when required by law.

When your browser loads externally hosted fonts, maps, or images, those providers receive technical request information such as your IP address. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts.

We retain inquiry and lead information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain business records, and client account information for the duration of the client relationship plus any period required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us (see Section 9). We may need to verify your identity and retain some records for legal, security, or operational reasons.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and reputable third-party infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Our Services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
