We collect the following information, and only for the purposes described below:

• Contact information — your name, email address, and phone number, which you provide voluntarily when you submit a contact or lead form, use our chat assistant, email us, call us, or become a client.
• Inquiry details — messages you send us describing your business, your website, or the work you'd like done, including chat assistant conversations.
• Billing information — if you become a client, payment details are processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical information — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the Services running.

We obtain phone numbers directly from you — when you enter your number in a contact or lead form on one of our websites, provide it to our chat assistant, call or text us, or share it with us during the course of a client relationship. We do not purchase phone lists or collect phone numbers from third-party sources.

• To respond to your inquiry and provide a quote or consultation.
• To provide the Services — including customer care, account notifications, change confirmations, and service updates by email, phone, or text message (SMS).
• To send invoices and process payments.
• To maintain the security and reliability of our websites and systems.
• To comply with legal obligations.

If you provide your phone number, you may receive text messages from us related to your inquiry or your account — for example, replies to your questions, confirmations of website change requests, and service notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Services — such as our hosting provider, email delivery provider, payment processor (Stripe), and telecommunications provider (Twilio) — and only as needed to deliver the Services. These providers are bound to use your information solely to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We retain inquiry and lead information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain business records, and client account information for the duration of the client relationship plus any period required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us (see Section 9); we will honor the request unless we are legally required to retain the data.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and reputable third-party infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Our Services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
